Ingredients

• 6 medium-sized eggs
• 150 grams of granulated sugar, because it will be coated with buttercream
• 300 grams of triangle flour, sift if necessary
• 1 tablespoon of quick emulsifier
• 1 sachet of powdered milk
• 1 sachet of powdered coconut milk
• 150 ml of water, mix with milk & powdered coconut milk
• 100 ml of cooking oil
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt
• 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of blackforest powder
• 5 drops of dark chocolate paste
How to Make
1. Beat eggs, tbm sugar until fluffy, add flour, stir well.
2. add the first dough with ingredient A, the second dough with ingredient B, stir slowly
3. Pour the first dough into a baking pan that has been greased with butter and lined with baking paper
4. Steam for 10 minutes over medium heat, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, steam for another 5 minutes.
