Pakistan and China invite various countries around the world to send aid to Kabul, Afghanistan. Afghanistan itself is threatened with crisis and medicine in the face of winter.
Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chinese President Xi Jinping argue that Afghanistan now needs international help to deal with the plight of its people.
Afghanistan also needs help rebuilding their country after the United States leaves.
Pakistan and China have long been allies. They have frequently sent aid to Afghanistan over the past two months, quoted from the Associated Press.
Pakistan has also called on the world to cash in on Afghanistan's assets so that the country can deal with their crisis.
Until recently, the Taliban government had no access to the $9 billion Afghan central bank reserves held by the New York Federal Reserve.
As a result, the Taliban faces the threat of poverty as international aid is cut off, food prices are rising, and movements in the country are soaring.Nonetheless, the Taliban managed to win the support of ten countries in their meeting with the United Nations (UN). Russia, China, Pakistan, India, and Iran are some of the countries supporting the Taliban.
Russia is leading the call for international aid recognizing that the conflict from Afghanistan threatens the regional Taliban.
"No one is interested in complete statewide paralysis, which involves, among other things, the CIS," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
The United States has opted out of these talks for technical reasons, but they have opened up the possibility of joining the agenda in the future.
