United States Intelligence Has Failed To Prove The Lab Leak Theory. British Observer, "Looks Like This Game Will Continue To Blame China" .
Attempts by United States Intelligence to prove the theory that the pandemic originated in a Wuhan laboratory in China have failed. However, that won't stop the United States from playing the "China blame game."
A British writer and political analyst on international relations "Tom Fowdy", a major focus on East Asia, said the blame game for China will continue especially at this time of increasing pressure on the Joe Biden government.
"For 90 days Joe Biden commissioned US intelligence to investigate the origins of Covid-19 which we are still feeling to this day. The Wuhan Institute of Virology laboratory leak theory, and now that time has run out. No one will be surprised, and as reported in the Wall Street Journal, the investigation did not come to a definitive conclusion," Tom Fowdy wrote in RT.
"Anyone, can see this (investigation results) using common sense. But do you think this will be the end?, Could China's blame game be going away soon? Absolutely not!" he said.
Tom Fowdy addressed the WSJ report which he said showed that the China narrative was not transparent enough.
"This has always been the government's default position. Based on this premise, demands for further investigation will inevitably follow," he said.
Due to the lack of evidence of intelligence reports and the inability to prove anything and will only exacerbate this situation, which leads to the inevitable accusation that Joe Biden is trying to 'Whitewash' the situation. That means there will be more blame attached to China.
Tom Fowdy predicts that Joe Biden will accuse Beijing of not being transparent, failing to show clear evidence of the origins of the virus, claiming insufficient data was provided on early cases, to encourage allies to pressure China as well.
It's easier for Joe Biden to do it at this point, because he really needs a diversion, given the Afghanistan issue. The Afghanistan issue has led to relentless criticism of his government.
